- AI Content: You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected.
- No Professional Advice: AI responses do not constitute professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: Payments are handled via Telegram Payments.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not provided once the subscription period has started.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI into generating prohibited content.
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes.
- Reverse-engineer the gamification logic or bot code.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLP Health Tech, 18 Si Sinkhai Street, Almaty, 050060, Republic of Kazakhstan, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the AI or the Service's suggestions. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after updates constitutes acceptance.
